its video flex, cut with a sign cutter,

cut in mirror image then weed out the un wanted area. then heat press to your T shirt

this insn't t-shirt printing.

T-shirt printing is done with a manual or automatic silkscreen press-not a transfer machine. Get your heading straight! Very missleading for anybody getting started in the "t-shirt printing" process.
