  • I thought I could be the only one who becomes TOTALLY obssesed w/a potential piercing

  • Haha I am exactly the same as you. I have wanted my lip, tongue and rook done for a while and I have watched millions of Youtube videos on getting them done.....I thought I was just a weirdo.....haha

  • can u do a video on changing the rook piercing ?

  • Awesome :) omg i do the same thing... looking a vids and pics and want didnt go away till i get my nose, helix and rim pierced :D

  • I just wanted to give you kudos on the other hand....I had no idea what a rook was!?! Thanks for the enlightenment

  • I'm the exact way with piercing as far as: them consuming all your time until you get it done, enjoying the piercing experience, etc. I'm sorry your piercing hurt though - I really didn't experience any pain. I totally love it! Can't wait for it to be fully healed though!

  • just wondering is it awkward to change :D

  • I had my rook pierced but my body rejected it, :c like its really weird because only my left ear rejects cartlidge piercings

  • I have had my rook pierced for a while now but I got it done with a barbell and I was just wondering is it harder to clean with a hoop? :)

  • how bad did it hurt compared to your tragus? i have my tragus done & it didn't hurt much at all, it was just pressure but i want this so bad and have for a while. also want like helix done twice :)

  • i want my rook done so bad, but i have a bit of a needle phobia so whenever i want to get a piercing i have to practise breathing calmly at home so i dont freak out when i get it done.

  • I've had a rook piercing for about 4 months, and have nothing but trouble with it. It didn't hurt at all when I got it done, but it hurts so bad now. I had in pierced with a hoop, but changed to a barbell yesterday. It isn't infected, but it is red and swollen. The piercer said it was "angry" and to keep spraying H2Ocean on it.

  • omg we have the same piercing's on our ear!!! but I'm going to get my rook tomorrow :) your's is so cute!!

  • ahhh i got mine done 2 weeks ago and i have my two cartilage like you and my belly dne.

it didnt hurt tht bad and i have a low tolerance for pain. im a bleeder tho so it bled a lil at first but not like my belly button. tht bled alot and bruised and was swollen. but it nver got infected...yeah but anyways i would rele suggest to anybody thinkin abt getting there rook done to get it ! it rele doesnt hurt tht bad, 2 hours after i got it i forgot i had it cuz it didnt even hurt

  • i got my rook pierced the first week of January this year. I have a high pain tolerance and it really didnt hurt much at all. The only thing that hurt during the process was the pressure. I was actually amused by the popping and cracking i heard.. It never got infected. The part that really did hurt was the crusting process. Having to take the crust off and scratching it off hurt a lot. but i really love it now and its fully healed.

  • Iv recently got my rook done and i didnt year a pop or anything. didnt even hurt, it was just alot of pressure then a slight pinch,,,, like an ant bite but less stingy. i highly suggest anyone who wants it done to get it done

  • Iv rececntly got my rook done and i didnt year a pop or anything. didnt even hurt, it was just alot of pressure then a slight pinch,,,, like an ant bite but less stingy. i highly suggest anyone who wants it done to get it done/

  • "the want for it doesnt go away until i get it"....exactly how I am feeling about my rook right now...i want it so bad. thanks for the info

  • does it bleed for you?

  • I'm excatly the same! All I do is watch videos on youtube about the piercings I want

  • can u use eyebrow jewellery for the rook cz i cnt find any rook jewellery anywere :(

  • how is your healing process? i've had my rook for over a yr. and it's still sore pretty often and i still get bumps on it even though i clean it everyday. alot of other people say that the rook was their easiest piercing to heal...not mine

  • I got my rook pierced last June, and I absolutely love it. I wanted a piercing that not a lot of people I knew had, so I researched different piercings and I just fell in love with the rook. :) But a word of advice, hoops do NOT heal faster. Get a barbell. Hoops are super unfortable when you sleep and they are easy to bump when you do your hair and stuff. Getting it pierced didn't really hurt as bad as I thought it would, it was just super sore during the healing process.

  • @aspennnattack Same thing with me just it only hurts if i play with it. which I have mange to stop ahah

  • Well I love ur videos. Ur sooo pretty but all I can say is DO NOT settle for a guy who's like a total loser like slot of these other chicks. U seriously r hella pretty and have a great personality from what I've seen through your videos haha. Peace

  • That is so funny..... I'm the same exact way about piercings and now tattoos forthe last couple of years haha.... I will just obsessively watch YouTube vids, look up pics, read BME posts on it, all that..... Phew, glad I'm not the only person like that..... Was starting to think I was a fuckin' weirdo lol

  • Same here it's a very painful peircing! I have my tragus peircing too ( didn't hurt) and the rook was a killer.. I'm so proud of havinggg it done thoughhh:) x

  • I went and got my rook done this past Sunday and it definitely hurt worse than any of my other piercing....they pierced mine with a bar bell though so I hope it does't get infected or anything lol. But I'm really happy with it and its not red or anything so hopefully it'll turn out ok :)

  • thats is really a shame that your friends got infected! i hope they are doing well. love all your videos :)

  • I just got mine pierced on Saturday and it didn't hurt me at all. Except the next morning when I woke up it was all bloody and gross, I guess I hit it in my sleep... But I love it, it's my favorite piercing and I also have my tragus and the pain is similar, but I think the tragus hurt more!!

  • I got my tragus pierced about a month ago and want to go back and get my rook done, would you say it's the same kind of pain, like a pinch then pressure? or is it just reeally sore? thanks :)

  • oh man. i have been wanting that piercing done for a while... and now you may have just pushed me over the edge. haha. thanks for sharing your experience. :o)

  • @shellbell430 If you have any questions feel free to ask! good luck!

  • @xsammajamma how long do u took to heal it?
