Copyright Issues - He's originally called M.Bison as a play on 'Mike Tyson' and because of the characters blatant similarities it was changed in US version to Balrog. Vega (Claw) was named Balrog initially, and M.Bison (Dictator) was originally Vega. They all had their names shuffled to prevent lawsuits.

take a look at the time it was made. october of last year. Noone knew any street fighter 4 specific combos - just stuff from SSF2T. These guys had no idea what focus attacks, focus cancels, etc. were at the time.

The names are different in the US version to avoid being sued by Mike Tyson. So in the US version, Mike Bison (Boxer) became Balrog, Vega (Dictator) became Mike Bison and Balrog (Claw) became Vega.

Its a gut feeling you get as Boxer. you know your opponent is going to do something to avoid or negate the Dashing straight.

His ex dash has Armor on the first hit so chun li was anticipating something thats why why she did the Ex Bird kick.if she threw a fireball she would've got punished bad whether ultra or super. Boxer's Oki game was already set up so he gave it a good guess and it turn out to be the right one.
