One of P-Nut’s friends (Jim Watson) was arrested, cuffed (naked) and taken home to his parents. He was issued a citation for a code 311 (indecent exposure). We thought this was funny, so we took it as our band name.

@Mu5icB3ast Practice every day! Keep at it, it will all add up eventually and turn into some great skills no matter how difficult it seems at the time... Tim does use some interesting timing with his strumming, kinda choppy. I listen to stuff over and over until I can play the song note for note in my mind and just play along with it. That is something I love so I don't need a recording and have to screw with rewinding and replaying it. I can mentally go to any section of the song on demand.

Well maybe I need a Octave pedal...I've been hesitant because I already have a distortion pedal which duplicates what I have on my amp (and frankly degrades it) and a DD-20 Digital Delay (GiGa Delay-dual pedal) which I don't even know how to use...I would have to take a course to understand the damn manual.

Cool, I have a Schecter. Try playing your notes on the G string...gives it a thicker sound. Also your last two notes of the intro (F, E), try playing on the E and B string respectively...you'll notice the octave change.

@robertjara311 I'm fairly certain the whole thing is supposed to be played in a lower octave and using an octave pedal to get the higher sound, so it doesn't matter what string you play it on.

@robertjara311 I have a Line 6 too and I just have mine set for a crunchy distortion for the whole song with a bit of overdrive. I don't use any effects except an octave pedal if I'm playing the lower octave, but the main thing is that I have my pickup selection on rhythm for the intro, that's on a Les Paul thought.
