nope the screamer was replaced by the boomer. originally the screamer, if not killed, would give off a loud shriek that alerted a large hoarde. but it prooved to dificult to distinguish it from other zombies so it was replaced with the boomers "barf" attack that basically did the same thing but was easier on players. personally I think the screamer would have been fun ^_^

For the people don't get it, I'll give a brief explaination.

Their playing online in Versus Mode so the special infected are all controlled by real players. The goal is to reach the Safehouse like in normal Campaign, and then it's the other teams turn that was playing the infected to be the survivors. But by allowing 1 zombie to enter the Safehouse, it would never become the "special infected"s turn to be the survivors untill either the zombie was killed, or the survivors died. There you go.
