Oh that right, elevation of half your wingspan (or distance of 1 wing). Yeah it seems like a every synergistic project. All these things have to work together just right. Its not any one thing.

Oh awesome!  Wow, there it is! It looks like a large RC plane. Everything looks so right on, CF, airfoil, canard. I think its perfect!

YES, thats what I was thinking as well, just got to get that thing moving as fast as you humanly can. The large "slow fly" wings should help...

... Its almost as if you want to have slight down DOWN elevator once you launch and then pull up before you hit the water to trade altitude for airspeed. Not alot, just some.

Don't want to PULL UP on launch cause you will just stall it... but I know you guys got this all way figured out! Can't wait to see it! Great job!
