there seems to be power running because the light and the digital display comes on but, the table doesnt turn and it doesnt heat the food. do you have an idea why it's not working?

Our microwave when plugged in powers up but shows a double 00 on screen and the plate is already turning but slow. I unplugged it and still does the same when re plugged, is it worth trying to fix. Thanks
