You are a wonderful speaker, and I thoroughly enjoyed your speech!! However, beware of "Podium Abuse". I found it hard to concentrate on all the inspiring things you had to say when every 15 seconds there was a metallic pounding reverberating in my head.

Keep it up, and try stepping away from the podium if possible. Otherwise, keep up the awesome work!!!
