  • @MUBEENZAFAR1

Would you class my Mum as one of the best of all time? Course she's 6'3'', 250 and runs a 4.5 40 - so yeah, you probably would!

  • @79TAYuNgBLuD yeh he did read it in his autobiography.

  • When people say Jonah Lomu is Tongan they don't mean he was BORN in Tonga cause we all knoe he was born in NZ durr @_@ they're just implying that he's of Tongan'descent :D

  • omg what an annoying video edit

  • It's just too bad Lomu was never in a World Cup winning team.

  • not pretty to watch but pretty fuckin effective.

  • Apart from speed and ability to plow through anything, it was the strength to immediately get up again after being knocked down or power through any trips or stumbles. He must have been super humanly strong like machine.

  • him and joe would be all you need to win the world cup

  • @angus3436 oi :O hahaha,theyd b mean as!!! :)

  • tongans are the most powerful ppl in the world if only they give up piss and live a more healthy lifestyle. I grew up with them they have the explosive power in them growing watching Jonah was he best thing

  • nessun altro come lui!

  • i watched the game with the thought that england at that time had one of the best teams , i cried with pain as we got destroyed but by god i was glad i saw such a magnificent player , my hat goes off to the power and awe that is Jonah Lomu

  • /watch?v=SrEq5WF3C5g

  • alot people say that if Jonah played in today's age he wouldn't be that gd as many players and wingers are not far from his size, however imagine if Jonah had been doin the same strength and conditioning programmes today's pro'd did, he would be even bigger, stronger and faster, he would still be as effective, both physically and mentally

  • @victors91 Imagine if David Campese played today's game with todays conditioning stuff and blah blah blah.

Fuck, Australia would be actually fearsome.

  • that haka is the best!!! sounds like a war movie

  • 1:58 just when you think he is about to go down...:)

  • He's a fucking TANK

  • The ReaL Tongan

  • no samoan player fijian player or tongan player would be as big as jonah.and yea brian lima hit jonah.but how many times has he run over lima hha.jonahs has been hit by heaps by of players.blind side hits and all that.but no player ever tackld him when he was in full flight.lima never tackled him in full flight.got put on his ass like 50 times.hha.

  • The most Unstoppable man in rugby ever. What a legend.

  • great player and a nice guy, but it only really lasted for 1-2 years max, after that everyone have worked out how to stop him, and aprt from his running and aggression, the rest of his game wasnt that good :S

  • 0:59 Sit down.

    1:02 Sit Down.

    1:05 SIT DOWN!

    1:06 SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT *breathe* DOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWN

  • I don't understand this video at all.... Why is their footage of the 2003 rugby world cup all blacks doing the haka, when lomu wasn't apart of that team. I don't know if this video is about lomu or not????

  • can someone put up the manu samoa test with the all blacks in 1998 and see what happen to the "most powerfull player," in that game. this powerful player was playin hide n seek from Brian Lima. Belive me its true if anione can put it up or just have a lok at it yourself...its funny coz no one uploads it coz its totally a differnt story yes it is the truth...Sumtime I thougt abut that tv show calld THE LOST TAPES

  • joanh lomu is just like manu vatuvei no manu is just like jonah same build, same nationality this just proves tongans own at rugby!#@!#

  • @own4genub Yea Nationality New Zealanders, both born in Auckland. Tongan heritage though i suspect you mean.

  • damn he just doesnt go down.

  • what happened to the yellow balls and where can you buy them

  • he is the man

  • Mom: so what did you learn today?

Child: you don't fuck with Jonah Lomu!

  • what kind of sport is this... football and soccer mixed lol?

  • @itsmybunny1 WTF???

  • @itsmybunny1 - ask your mum cause i tell her last night lol

  • @lilshinkyxD someone sounds mad with a 2 inch dick in their pants.

  • handoff MASTER!!

  • best thing about lomu is you dont know if he is gonna run around you past you or through you !! <3

  • ITSSSS 1995 ALLLL OVER AGAINNNN!!!!!! :D

  • whatta boss.

  • Brian Lima was the first to flatten him at his prime. Christian Cullen was the man of the match. Jonah Lomu was over-rated.

  • @mystyJoel Yeah well they don't call Brian Lima the chiropractor for nothing. That was a good game back in 1996 with the All Blacks vs Samoa game. But yeah I remember watching the game and Lima tackled Lomu front on and left him on his backside! we were excited lol. I think he's over-rated too.

  • Comment removed

  • jonah lomu and the who ,,, wooww dude !!!!!

  • alesana tuilagi would flatten him

  • @ninjabastard2 I think you may be right.Jonah was influential because his size, speed and strength were unmatched during his time but rugby players have really bulked up in the last decade and there are so many Lomu-like players now. If Nonu, SBW or even Hosea Gear played during the 90's with the form they are now, they would've been just as big if not bigger names then Lomu.

  • @ninjabastard2 Sorry I didn't mean to say this, I'm wrong.

  • @ninjabaztard2 oh i forgive you whatever you said... i don't think you know anything about rugby do you

  • @ninjabastard2 Hehe, I love commenting to myself, it makes me feel like I have friends. THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREE!!!! :D :D

  • @ninjabaztard2 well that proves that people on youtube are idiots you could have done a better job you didn't even put an "r" in my name

  • @ninjabastard2 I can't read, sorry for my mistake.

  • @ninjabaztard2 notice my one says "bastard" and your says "baztard" pretty obvious

  • @ninjabastard2 It's not a sport I follow reguarly. I prefer talking to myself on the internet:)

  • JONAH LOMU IS DA MANN!!!!

  • great player only bad thing about him was his hair cut lol

  • @ounce2314 haha besides him having a hitler mustache on his head, he was a beast..lol

  • @TrueGreatness73 lol :)

  • i was atheist but then i watch this video :)

  • The closest he came to steroids was watching it on TV. Those Tongan boys are big, its in the genes. STERoids what lot of rot!!!!

  • Sure Jonah was on steroids === TARO!!!

  • Bo Jackson to me is the greatest Athlete ever.. his life in sports and out is sad and crazy.

  • @dbzfighterz Nah, there is a lot more to boxing than size. Compared to the heavyweights, he is quite small. Will be a good watch, though!

  • @dbzfighterz No, he is boxing now. Apparently going to be fighting Sonny Bill Williams soon too.

  • Comment removed

  • dear god

  • I signed in so I could like this video

  • sit down

  • man i hate it when jonah gets tackled that really pisses me off

  • aahh the wonders of steroids

  • @givemethelotion You better be joking you douchebag

  • @Nickubus99 what kind of high class athlete randomly needs a kidney transplant? i'll tell you, one who abuses steroids

  • @givemethelotion He had Kidney issues all his life so specifically avoided all performance enhancements, including the legal "Creatine" that many rugby athletes were using at this time (and still use)

  • @givemethelotion He didn't "Randomly" need a Kidney transplant, he had problems with his kidneys for years.

It's just idiots like you jump to the conclusion of people being on drugs.

You probably think Lance Armstrong is on drugs too.

  • @WiremuH I agree with you on the Lomu opinion but lets be honest lance armstrong is on drugs and so was most of his team

  • Good song choice mate!!

  • opposition: "hey you heard of the jona guy?"

opposition mate: " yea, he's not that good, what with those kidneys of his, he cant break our line" on the pitch

Opposition: " fuck the kidneys mate this blokes a fuckin tank!! mummy!!!"

    impossible is nothing.

  • jonah is amazing and the worlds best player in the history of rugby

  • I've only been playing the game of rugby for 3 years (since my junior year in high school), and I've been hooked ever since. I was also told by one of my ex-teammates that I reminded him of Jonah Lomu with my running style & size, so I searched him up,and needless to say, it's a great honor to have ever be mentioned in the same breath as such a runner!

  • ! word...BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 138 are french

  • Lomu heading for 4!!!! Thats he most brilliant quartet of tries ud ever wish to see...

(Keith Quinn 1995 semi final v england)

  • He''s got the bounce, he's handed off his opposite, Lomu oh oh

  • ITS 1995 ALL OVER AGAIN

  • Lomu and Caucau = greatest of all time

  • Definitely the scariest winger of all time.

  • jesus christ i can honestly say pacific islanders are the most physicaly intimidating, gifted athletes on the planet

  • is it just me or anyone with that hair cut is amazing at their sport?

  • this guy is black,,,,,,,,i dont know why people think other wise

  • @zweepie84 sorry bro no offense he aint black... He's brown.. Tongan=Brown..

  • thumbs up if you came here after watching Invictus :p

  • @kareemowski lmao..... you are hilarious because that is exactly what I did....... ha ha ha!!!!!

  • rugby fenomen jonah lomu

  • love him he's really is truly rugby's first (and only) global super star its funny how the english players couldnt tackle him why is that - that is their national team right?

  • lol cracks me up how he has just one little tuft of hair on his head.... he was a beast

  • "Rugby is a team sport and all 14 of you share the responsibillity to give the ball to jonah"

  • Catt should write a book about Lomu's boots.

  • LEGEND!

  • UN IVECO STRALIS 560

  • Marshawn Lynch was better....

  • @jessewrose haha, u obvs just did what i did - watched the vid of lynch and then it reminded u of lomu

  • Comment removed

  • editing on this is shithouse!!

  • JONAH IS on Famous and fearless

  • Good subject matter...horribly edited video.

  • Isnt this guy still playing rugby, I mean my sister is going out with the only guy that He will allow to tattoo him. He even bought my sister a Rolex, which he made himself. Obviously its his own make. But all i know of now is that hes still in the game.

  • yeah thats all well and good, but does he have an afro?

  • i think that lomu's true position second centre was

when he breaks true and he can't go on anymore then he passes to the wing and the wing finishes it

i'm a wing by my self and in our club thats our stragity

    it works all the time

  • @302Kano Your strategy sucks, You wanna sort that out unless you and your team are rubbish.

  • @woonoel101 why shoud it suck?

  • @302Kano Not should, does suck, Rubbish strategy on how to "play" the game.

  • @302Kano yeah that is how they are using nonu, he was a wing but moved to centre. however Jonah's defense was awful! outside centres would have run rings around him. and he his ball handling skill weren't good enough.

  • to me he gets more amazing as time passes and makes me more appreciate him because the guys that play now still can't match him apart from their defence which is obviously way better than his but if he gets a hit on someone lookout smashed.the closest to him was kirwan but nothing compared. what a team we had, cullen, lomu, bunce, ozbourne, robin brooke, fitzy and of course my fav player and whom i rate as the best player ever the great Zinzan brooke,

  • If lomu passed the 22 at full pace, doesnt matter how man guys hold on to him. its a try. lol :)

  • he absolutely was a beast but I got to say I think the most dominant player was Johnny Wilkinson. If he hadn't been cut down by injury after injury he would have created a horrifically high score of international points and basically won us world cup after world cup...I hate to say it but- because his accuracy was so beyond anyone else's in 2001/2003, he basically broke the game of rugby and made it entirely about kicking. Lomu was unbelievable but he didn't singlehandedly break the game...

  • 6'5" 259lbs 10.6sec-100m

If that isn't enough to make you shit your pants see the attached film.

  • sad to see he retired but he will never be forgotten when we play on the field>>>

  • that was a mean bunt hahahahahaha fukn pommys

  • imagine a team of lomu's :D:D:D

  • i whant to meet him one day.The best rugby player in the history of rugby!!!!!!!

  • 1:15. lomu has a sweet drop shot :D

  • Never scored against South Africa :)

  • @slagathor54 Never scored against South Africa because they always committed more players to tackling him, that just meant there were more gaps elsewhere on the field for someone else to score. That was the great thing about Lomu, he either scored the tries himself or created space somewhere else because he took out soo many defenders.

  • i'd give him my kidney to see him play again!

  • well he didnt have functioning kidneys...

  • @evmister94 u r an idiot.lomu is a legend

  • @bigegg7170 did i say he wasn't a legend?

  • "Rugby is a team game, so all 14 of you pass it to jonah!!!"

  • I am an english rugby fan but I still watch his 4 tries against us in the 1995 world cup. It shows how talented and gifted he was, even as a young player he was already a club and country rugby legend. The phrase "Impossible is Nothing" has been brought to life. He had a build of a brick wall, supreme strength, sheer power and lightning pace. He also towered above his opponents. "A bull in a china shop" was like watching him play, just how he destroyed teams. Thanks for the memories Jonah.......
