Yes, and it's okay to steal children (or help CAS steal them by being an "investigator" for CAS in Ontario), but heaven help you if you try to pass yourself off as a doctor. Then the @##$ will really hit the fan.

Remember the child protection expert with a Phd in child abuse - only he'd bought his Phd on ebay for £25 or $40.
In court he said he didnt want to spend his time studying, as he already considered he had enough experience, so won't sit the exams.

Imagine your doctor or surgeon not going to medical school, as he'd been a Butcher for Wal Mart, so there was no point going to medical school. After all he'd been a butcher for years.
