Wow. She totally looked at this from a woman's perspective. She totally under estimated what a basement "man cave" means to men. She's so absolutely wrong in that respect. The "ugly dingy basement", when refurbished is a HUGE sell/game changer for guys.

She says that for kitchens "every dollar you put in, you'll get two back" that's not true and can be very misleading to some. I've watched numerous shows on home renovations/rate of return as well as done a lot of research, she's the first one I've ever heard make such an outrageous claim, don't believe every thing you see on YouTube
