This was a very clever way of introducing an excerpt from one of Disney's "upcoming" theatrical features. The third adult, in the white smock, was the show's "utility man", Bob Amsberry, who appeared to help out from time to time, and was the "barker" at the beginning of the the "Circus Day" segments.
This may sound weird,but the Mickey Mouse Club inspired me to be a Dancer!
