Random generator 2

I know of a known hacker who got busted, worked at a casino and got ahold of the code for the Kino machine, which was not a random number genorator program, but used a formula. Someone also found a cheat in the old game show Press Your Luck. The computer in that game show did not use true random genoration. With the threat of hackers and cons from the inside, likely casinos have went to pure random machines, but the machines are only as secure as programmed to be.

Computers are completley random unless they are programmed not to be, it's humans that can't be truely random.

Computers are designed to be 100% accurate, there is no way computers can be random. Random on computers is called 'Psuedo random number generation' for a good reason, they cant create 'real' random numbers.

Humans on the other hand, are quite random.

Indeed you can generate random number. For example with closed loop of even "not" gate, without external clock. It oscillate with an not so accurate frequeny. The drift is quite random and often is used to produce "true" random number inside cpu.

So it displays random numbers in hexadecimal? Could you had made one which showed decimal random numbers?

It's harder. The ganerator produces every number between 0 and its maximum. Should I make a change at the outputs to generate decimal numbers, such as a decoder that converts the numbers from A to F in decimal numbers.
