The 80's had such variety. The pop charts where loaded with songs of different genre's. Country, pop, rock, dance, soul, you name it the 80's had it. Plus radio stations played it all!Now it is hard to find a radio station that does all that. Seems these days we are cheated when radio stations do this type of thing. Even in past decades, like the 50's, 60's and 70's you had such a huge variety in music beingh played over the airways. Now a day, it's all about greed, money and big busness! Sad!

I remember when the music industry was trying to force feed America disco in the 70's and there was a giant rally were they burned disco records :P It's gonna take something like that from the youth today if they ever want to experience their own 80's ...with illegal dl's and peeps trying to destroy the gigantic music moguls hopefully the internet like MTV once did will save rock n roll!!
