  • @DeMiRoxmysox02 no shit !!!!!!!!!!

  • @minorosity1112 okay?

  • shes on disney channel

  • @klava2810 i knew shew looked fimilar

  • Im a practicing backbending contortionist, my back is reali flexible but i want it more flexible! anyone know any more easy ways to increase back flexiblity quick?

  • @Safura1601 my way is that i put a box in front of my couch, then put my knees on the box and my chest on the couch, (and stomach on the ground sometimes) , and just read like that. works for me :P

  • @Yoshimarumono: Owkii! I will Give that a go!:) Thank yuu.

  • Legs and feet are extremely wide apart in this backbend. As a Yoga instructor we would never teach students this form. It doesn't encourage any flexibility in the hips and thighs, or require a balanced development of strength in the upper and lower body. All you are doing in this stretch in over stretching the back. We would consider this incredibly bad practice. Over time you may develop more flexibility in the lower back, but it would come at a high cost to the rest of the body.

  • how is that easy!?!!?!?!

  • its she on good luck charlie or is it just meh???

  • i am a contorsianist on my back and i stretched before doing this but when i tried it fpor the first time i was 10 and i tried it but i dislocated my shoulder and pulled a muscel in my neck and i was only 10! so be carefull and make sure you all stretch before trying this

  • i am a contorsianist on my back and i stretched before doing this but when i tried it fpor the first time i was 10 and i tried it but i dislocated my shoulder and pulled a muscel in my neck and i was only 10!

  • im really contortionist on my legs. but not on my back i wish i was!

  • ii can do that but i usually fall forward on my knees ;// annoying !! and i was doing a backbend and i fell on my head hurted like hell !

  • @dorothee98

walk up and down a wall in a back bend, if you fall on your head it means that you need to strengthen either your arms or your legs

  • @AlyTheTrickster ha guys if you fall on yopur head and hurt yourself it means your an idiot for listening to this gut LOL jkz but doing that is really risky you could put yopurself in a wheelchair

  • i plled a muscle and popped a plate in my back and im only 12!Thanks alot!

  • @sugarglider333 really?

  • @SpringyLife98 yeah! I was in a wheel chair for quite some time sooo i think this expert village thing is shit!!!!

  • @sugarglider333 Well, those are the risks you take. If you try doing this again, make sure to do simple stretches and don't work yourself to hard.

  • She is very good y'all need to e nicer I have self taught myself to do a lot of this stuff and a lot of It I watches her to get ideas on some stuff did you know she has played in shows like good luck Charlie

  • You look like an amateur more or less, and you want to teach people about contortion?

How can you teach something you don't know much about?

  • I wonder how long that girl has been doing contortionism

I dont think I spelt that right

  • i can do that :D i'm flexible..is hurd for some2 who's not flexible to make somethink like that ;)

  • Expertvillage has probaly around 1000 videos

  • @thedavid932 138,797 videos actually XD

  • GUYS YOU ARE ALL RUDE! I AM A Professional CONTORTIONIST I was self taught, and I would have loved for somebody like this young girl on youtube back then, it doesn't matter how basic or advanced, it is lovely that this girl is so passionate about her art that she wants share with the rest, who cares if it's too much ballet or the technique isn't prefect, it is for free, and it is something sweet for beginners. If she was teaching deep backbends with bad technique that is another arguement

  • @JasmineGeorge You're a professional? Where are you from?

  • omg this chick is on disney chanel

  • i have a flexible back but my shoulders are really unflexible....anyone know any stretches that would help?

  • guys if ur trying to get ur basic backbend stand ur back to a wall bend back as if u were going into a full backbend put ur hands on the wall and walk your hands down the more u do it the further u can get down wall eventully u will find you will be able to reach the ground flat hands then slowly walk ur hands back up once ur comfortable with that try bending back into a bridge onto a higher surface eg ur bed and then get onto lower things and eventually u will get ur backbend on the flour xx

  • Seriously, people. Not everything is given to you instantly. I spent a full year before I could get past the instinct that told me not to bend over like that.

If you start doing backbends on your bed first, you'll probably have an easier time doing them on hard floor. It's much easier to fall on a soft mattress than hard floor, and you still get in the stretching you would have on regular floor. I just learned how to do a backbend yesterday, and I've done 11 so far. ^^

  • FRICK every time i do the back bend i become unstable and fall when its time to come back up!!!

  • ahh i cant do it!!!

  • good video for more advanced contortionists

  • woa im in the circus and ive been doing it for a couple of years and im really flexible and thats advanced for beginners

  • I wish i was five again. I took one gymnastics class and it was my first time doing a backbend and my head could touch my bum. end ever since then I can't do it!

  • "Take things nice and slow..." It would have been better if she could demonstrate it!

  • Is there a prequel to this video? The expert went into a bridge almost instantly.. :/

  • hahah That's exactly how i felt~

I was like wth? this is supposed to guide you on how to become one......ugh!

  • ya sometimes the blodd rushes to ur head really fast thus giving u a head ache.. after a while ur body will get used to it and they will slowly go away

  • dude not everyone clicks on reply.. your a bad sister =(

  • ...... ='(

  • i believe it will ;D

  • =D ur umm suppose to press reply stupid =P lol

heh my bros' r soooooo dumb lol jkzz

  • someone plz reply to me!!! umm do u guys think that doing thhe scorpion pose on yoga would also help???

  • eeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • nooooooooo onneeeeee caaaaaaaaares

  • @JennaSweeeet diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiid iiiiiiiiiiiiii sayyyyyyyyyyyyyy anyoneeeeeeeeeeeee woulddddddddddddddd B*tch

  • Do we care? No; Go brag elsewhere about stupid things you can and can't do.

  • i get headaches and go really disy when im back bending does anyone know if i keep doing more back bending will it go away or like not act on me as much??

  • The stretch is easy what happens to me though is the blood all rushes to my head!!!

  • broke my back=(

was in hospital for a day

  • She is cute, but you shouldn't say that.

  • liar!

  • true story but

dude below seems more realistic tho ^-^

  • Damn! I wish I was that flexible! I've been stretching for almost a year every night and I went from not able to touching my toes,... to hands flat on floor! I'm going for the back now!

  • @allbad7 lol i feel the pain lol

  • @allbad7 Dude, it took you that long? How long were you stretching for? And how bad couldn't you touch your toes?

  • @RockabillyDollface I was EXTREMELY unflexible! It was actually really painful for me just to reach for my shins. So yeah pretty much close to around a year, and still stretching every night, usually around from 25 to 30 minutes. Not anything like hardcore yogo or anything =)

  • i keep trying to put my back ::( i cant huh ill keep trying -.-

  • i have been able to do pretty good briges [back bends] since i was 3 but this is amazing you have inpriSred me to practice and get good at this! THANK YOU!

  • Thank you for this video.

    1) How long do you hold the back bend for?

    2) Do you warm up before hand?

    Thanks!

  • i would like to know please!

  • adiguyrin, improve your flexibititey and have someone help you with your back bends, like i did in 4th grade when i wanted to become a gymnast, but then i epiphanized that yoga and contortionography are my things

  • THANK YOU

  • Your Voice is lyke so Annoying. but nice vid.

  • i can do that but i fall after like 3 or 4 seconds :L

  • i am a gymnast, that means i am kind of flexible, and i cand do that.. i can bend back, but not do that withour hands or even touch ma legs...

  • if u guys want i can make some vids, of me doing some of my moves, and exsplane and show u how its done,, im not in anyways a beginer,, but im not an expert either,, let me know if u guys want me to do so

  • definately that would be awesome!!!! I wanna learn some moves and im starting from brand new i could learn frmo your vids you should TOTALLY make them ill be your number one fan hehe

  • im with cherrysnrazors11 :)

    Yes please :)

  • ok but what if i cant just fall into a perfect backbend like that how do i work towards that they need a super beginner backbend video

  • Comment removed

  • OK this is such simple stuff I went through this a long time a go what's next?

  • kilibelle9 good point.

  • This doesn't teach you how to be a contortionist. It tells people who have already gotten to a certain point in their backbends how to hold their legs. What do you do before this??

  • im not an expert but just make sure your great at your backbends beforehand ;)

  • @KiliBelle9 yes it does you ninny -___- these videos show you all the basics to what you're reaching for and how to be more flexible. WATCH THE OTHER VIDEOS!!!! O____________O

  • @KiliBelle9

A good place to start is (cant post links) to search contortionist's handbook on google. This should give you some starting stretches. The web site domain should be fortune city.

Good form when stretching is CRUCIAL and a good community to ask questions at is contortionistsunite. Just search that phrase in google.

  • @KiliBelle9 no it makes ur back more flexible

  • @KiliBelle9 This is a good question. This is obviously for someone who has a lot of flexibility, a beginner would not be able to do this. I've been trying to find decent video guides on how to do contortion exercises and haven't had much luck, it just seems to be people showboating their techniques (which is fine) but nothing that really seems to show some easy/beginner exercises.

  • @KiliBelle9 Well, you have to stretch and train every day. If you do it right and stretch very day, you should be fairly flexible in a week, or even in a couple of days. Just stretch and stretch, practice makes perfect. THen you can do the advanced stuff she's doing. And that's what you do before that advanced stuff.

  • @KiliBelle9 you practice your back bends.
