you should never get into trance with these meditations. Its not safe to do that. You should always be conscious that you are grounded, meaning that you are physically on earth. Why because that's when you open yourself to lower entities...

how many of you were really unaware of you bodies during this or other meditations that tell you your moving into another dimention or just simply out of your body? I stop thinking of my body but its not like i cant still feel what Im sitting on or hear the noise in the other room.

Younger persons usually initiate the exchange with their elders. Initiating the exchange is seen as a sign of respect in other hierarchical settings.

I interpret it as "the Love in me acknowledges the Love in you!"

I'm sorry I found this terribly annoying! Meditation should be slow & mindful, this is waay too fast, every time I try to envision or feel something she is talking about, she's moved on to the next before I could even start!

There should be a pause between sentences allowing the meditator time to envision & feel what is being said!

"The divine in me honors the divine in you." It is an ancient sanskrit word and used in greeting by bowing your head and placing your palms together as if in prayer.. However, saying "namaste" to someone can also imply that there is "you" and there is "me"...so in a way it places separation of all as the ONE. But it is a respectful and loving gesture none the less.
