  • Can you dye any pony?

Like if the pony has a dark colour, will the new colour attach?

Like a red pony, and i want to dye it white, does it work? or do I have to do it over and over again? :)

  • where can i get dye?

  • HOW DID I GET HERE o-O

  • oh and about painting it, what paint should i even use? i want to do this today.

  • @Whiskers1231000

acrylic paint, thats what i have heard is good.

  • and is there any other dye i can use so i can "use it" the next day or something?

and what is the other dye that you DON'T want to use?

  • well i need some help. there is a way to make it not just all one color, i want it to have spots or something. how?

  • What kind of dye do you use? or can you use any kind of dye? (I'm new at this)

  • @DestinyDawnn She says RIT dye...

  • Yum... Pony Soup..

My thought every time I dye a pony...

  • Curious! And this might be a little late... How does the liquid rit dye work on these guys?

  • @MegaPenguin40 just pull and twist untill it comes off.

  • i wonder if normal fabric dye would work too?

  • How long did you dye the ponies for?

  • I have a question, Is it possible to dye a blue pony (rainbow dash) to a pink like g1 firefly? Is it possible to bleach the pony to white first to have it go to any color?

  • @sourlemonice You do have the concept down. For example, if you're going to dye your hair pink, but your natural hair color is brown, you're going to have to bleach it first, and then dye it for the pink to show. I've never experimented with bleach on a My Little Pony, so I'm not sure if bleach would be a 100% safe/effective method.

  • @sourlemonice I have left my G4 Pinkie Pie in pure bleach for over 24 hours. I pulled her out and she was the same shade as my collection Pinkie Pie. I think bleach doesn't do anything for the newer ponies, sadly.

  • What do you use for sculpting? Does Airdry clay work? I don't want to ruin anything.

  • your supposed to paint them, but whatever I guess.

  • @kiyadawolf Actually, You can paint or dye them... but most people prefer dyeing because it looks more 'natural'...

  • cancel my other comment

  • show the pony when its done!

  • You have any good ideas how to die a pony a a very light brown like a light caremel

  • nice job! I love how the yellow base turned out! now to die my pony..

  • @bakaneko6 Thank you. and you must make a veideo about it. :)
