We didn't evolve for space travel, nor for idleness. Out doors, in the course of a day for an able bodied person, will do plenty of exercise to maintain and promote muscle growth. Go out and run for a few hours. Most people can't do it, and no one can do it without micro-muscle tears. And this is what leads to muscle growth.

I know a lot of people aren't going to want to hear this, but the more I learn, the more I just can't see how this complex system - especially when taken with all the other wonderful systems that exist in nature - came to be merely by the forces of nature.
