  • I hope every Dale fan knows that he drove a #15 Ford for a year or two.

  • @JohnElightening That's true, Dale did drive a Ford for Bud Moore for a few years. But he also said in '83 "if I'm ever going to win another championship, I need to get in a Chevrolet." 7 Championships while piloting a bowtie, I'd say he made a wise choice.

  • And the pink car was a Ford!!!

  • lol even if his car was pink the sides would have so many tire marks on them that it would look black R.I.P Sr.

  • Look who's talking Jeff, "Rainbow Warrior"

  • CLASSIC COMMERCIAL. #3 FOREVER!

  • Pink, Then blue and finally, black

  • @mat2000100 Well, blue and yellow.

  • to Goody61..rumour had it that '01 was supposed to be his last year and Harvick was supposed to take over the #3 anyways..whether or not that was entirely true,I'm not sure..and if it still would have been the #3 or the 29,we'll never know..

  • 0:13 Hey Jeff, quit being a parrot!

  • Yeah it is pretty said what happened to him. I know he would of straighten out Kyle Bush and some others.

But that pink car he raced was a PINK FORD.

  • I'd have liked to see how Kyle and Dale would have raced each other, that is if Earnhardt had still been driving by 2005.

  • Yeah, I wonder if he would of still been racing. He was about the same age as my dad. My dad said he would of been retired by now. But I don't know about '05. I know it would of been awesome to see him race against that RAT FACE.

  • @The98corvette Even if he didn't suffer the skull fractures and survived, the other injuries he suffered from that wreck may have stopped him from racing or racing competitively again. I can't remember the exact injuries but he also fractured either his leg or ankle and had several broken ribs. At 49 , I'm not sure he would have came back from the wreck. The autopsy report can be found online.

  • @GOODY61 Yeah your right.....I think it was somthing like four or five broken ribs, broken collerbone, broken wrist and broken ankle or leg so he would have been out for several weeks with those type of injuries.

Its hard to believe that in one month it will be ten years

  • @The98corvette I certainly would hope the first person he would straighten out is his overrated, big-headed son.

  • @SoaringEagle2005 finally someone else who sees that also, living off his name

  • R.I.P. Dale

Miss the black #3 on the track.

  • The color dont make the man, the driver makes the man. He could have had a hot pink car and he still woulda whooped everyones ass reguardless. R.I.P. Dale, miss and love you to this day

  • Man, I haven't seen this in over a decade, and it's still great.

  • I miss the black #3 Monte Carlo!

  • I know you do KID! Hang in there.

  • I don't remember that one. That's funny.

  • I remember this commercial, one of the funniest of all time, back when Jeff Gordon, and Texas Terry Labonte were teammates.

P.S: And I know you'll hate me for this, but This is coming from a Gordon fan, but I really like every driver on the circuit as well.

  • Kiss him and put him in his car!

  • I know what pink car they were talking about! The K-2 Pink Car!!!

  • wasnt the k-2 pink car a '56 ford?

  • yeah a '56 crown victoria

  • Thank you so much for finding this commercial. This was one of my favorite commercials with Jeff and Dale Sr!!! RIP, Dale.

  • Funny!

  • my favorite commerial

  • lol cool commercial. i have a little replica of that car.

  • a pink ford=the intimidator. i dont get it

  • It was also a Ford.
