  • brrr...so dirty keyboard...especially backspace...gryaznulja

  • sounds like the dryer

  • Some one walks in a stair I think :D

By the way... nice knife, ordered one myself today.

  • I carry the 940 because I prefer the heavier blade. Either way, you gotta love that axis lock.

  • yea u do , another great edc is the griptillian, 'i no i spelled it wrong lol

  • puts my spyderco endura to shame.

  • Had a 710...

definitely not as nice as the mini skirmish.

  • Yeah but I really prefer the Axis lock over the monolock...now an axis lock Skirmish, that would be close to perfect...

  • whats better about the mini skirmish? i'm looking at both these knives. What didn't you like about the 710!

  • I don't think the mini skirmish is any nicer. They are just different. Both equally nice. The 710 is an axis lock and the skirmish is a framelock. They are both equally nice imo. the 710 is more fun to play with.

  • Thanks for your feedback, i got the 710, cheers!

  • nice vid. i am looking for a deal on a 710 as i'm typing. thanks for sharing!!

  • would u recommend the 710 over the griptilian???

the 710 is quite a bit more expensive but is it worth it

  • I think so, but I very much dislike the feel of the Zytel handles on the Grips. I also think that the slight recurve on the 710 comes in useful in cutting. It give a little extra leverage. I say yes, but it depends what you like. Practically there isn't much difference.

  • guess ill have 2 get both haha

  • Beautiful... benchmade for life

  • Is it a Benchmade 710 with M2 steel BK1 coating on it? ginshun would you tell me why you prefer M2 steel? What's the difference between M2 and D2 in edgeholding?

  • M2 takes a finer edge and holds it better. I beleive that M2 also has the edge in toughness.

D2 is a great steel, M2 is just all around better IMO though. The only thing that D2 has the edge in is corrosion resistance, and its not really that great in that.

  • i wouldn't really call it "in action"

  • Is it better than the Benchmade Rukus knife??

  • The normal Rukus is quite a bit bigger and thicker. The Rukus Jr. or whatever they call the smaller one has about the same length blade, but is still quite a bit thicker. They are both awesome knives, but I still prefer the 710, especially in with the M2 blade steel.

  • Awesome knife. How'd you do that little flip at the end?

  • I prefer the combo blade but definitely a favorite

  • Nice Video

  • Axis Lock is damn cool... smooth opening and closing... that's what important for a knife :)

  • What is that pounding noise in the background?

  • I have no clue

  • 710

    best knife ever

  • Nice Review

Bought one few days ago. Wow this is a BIG knife.

Feel guilty to carry such a big thing although the law allows it (im from Germany).

Its so smooth you have to handle one to belive.

But the thumbstud is to close to the handle imho .I miss sometimes to open it in the first draw. But thats just me.

  • Nice, I gotta get me an axis lock Benchmade and it might be that one since it looks like the largest one they make.

  • On their website they have something called "Knife Wizard" where you can enter the length of the blade etc. of the knife you want and it will try and find matches.
