Did you really think all the why questions were going to get you out of a ticket? And have either of the parties in this vid (civilians) never gotten tickets before, or know someone who had. When the officer explained to you that you were in violation of a city ordinance, you should have complied with his direction after how many warning?, instead of waiting for the inevitable outcome. Get a life, move on with yourself.
