@alex61761 you should have a bulkers diet and eat well over 2500 calories daily 30%fat 30% protein 40%carbs, then once youve gained plenty of strength you can cut down the carbs increase protein and add cardio cuz youll lose some muscle if you wanna burn enough fat to refine that deep of a cut look. there are alot of diets online based on celebrities who put on weight for certain roles and it always starts with a bulk phase then a cut phase.

not to bash all the comments but all he is, is cut. there's a lot more to getting a great body than some resistance band training. most people don't make any success in the gym because the number one factor is not right ... your diet...

@styleovermoney managing your own food? It can be hard to do that by yourself. I assume you don't have anyone helping you with that. If you can affort it, it would probably help you to get your diet checked over. If you don't get the nessesary protein and fiber you're not going to put on so much muscle. Very small amount of fat isn't bad either, helps to increase testosterone levels.
this is probably to hard for a begginer if u wana built up ur body for this try out insanity or p90x first it will built ur body up in just 90days or get ur body back to shape then try this out
@petrofiloso you should do it 3-4 times a week, like every workout, but there have to be 1 day of rest between two day of work out that your muscles can grow (if you do 3 times, you have 1 day rest 2 times and 1 time you have 2 days rest; if you do 4, there isn't any day of rest between two days of workout 1 time; I don't know what's better, I do 3 times per week (tuesday, thursday, saturday) and if you do sports I think you should do it 3 times
is one exercise for abs enough? I mean this is not really much. I replaced Russian Twist for Double Crunches and added 30 reps of normal crunches. I know that's not 300, but I want to build a six pack :D
This workout is btw really hard and arduous. But I quite like it^^
I tried repeating this routine and increased the difficulty gradually over a year and the results are excellent(3 times/week (plus 2 days just weights)) - replaced a couple things (ie: for back: chinups + bent over rows(106lbs) and 80lbs shouldr press, 10L,10R,5L,5R 80lb standing lunges)
Very very intense routine - not half as bad now that I'm sorta used to it.
That's just genes and stuff, mine are actually slightly wonky as my left side is lower than my right and I asked that question, soe people actually have a gap of about an inch between their abs and other things like that :)

you can. it just depends on how much your energy output is compared with your intake. If you ate maccas everyday then you'd need to do more cardio to counter the amount of energy (calories) you were taking in.

Well, I think its a bit hard to get so fit in just 3 months. I've just started with the training exersises, but my problem is that my mucles don't hold for 30 reps... well, it depends on how heavy you are, if ur 80kg like me and 16 years, (190 cm tall) you'll dont make 30 reps in pullup that easily. I can make 23-26 reps x10 at the moment.

I like how you mix Resistance training with weights. I think this workout is great if you don't have things like Leg Presses, and it's ESSENTIALLY working cardio at the same time, if you do them all straight after. But eh. I'll stick to tradition.
Nevermind then. Im now assuming 1 vid can be done thru the week. Im also assuming you wouldn't have to be strict with adhering to each. There's liberty to mix it up.

Strength training is over-rated. I was an avid bodybuilder for years and the end result was I made myself much more ungainly and less flexible. A year ago, I adjusted my workout to match something similar to the video that is posted and I feel and look ten times better.
Nice job ! I'm guessing you'll need to work on your strength eventually since this workout only trains your muscle endurance. Very very interesting work out.
the 45 degree lat pulldown looks like it does the job, this exercise looks great. I was just wondering too, what does your interval training consist of? cos im doin a kind 4 days of high intensity, and i use the other 3 to work other areas. Well, I think its a bit hard to get so fit in just 3 months. I've just started with the training exersises, but my problem is that my mucles don't hold for 30 reps... Shall i do less reps or shall I just do it to my stop point? Theres one more thing, its the diet and things like that. What shall i eat and how much priteins/carbs should i eat?

well, it depends on how heavy you are, if ur 80kg like me and 16 years, (190 cm tall) you'll dont make 30 reps in pullup that easily. I can make 23-26 reps x10 at the moment.

actually, there is no need to diet.
if you are having intensive workout, you can continue with the normal 3-meals.
If you find yourself with bulging fats, go for 10mile SLOW jog.
Diets/pill/artificial stuff are just works of capitalism.

I like how you mix Resistance training with weights. I think this workout is great if you don't have things like Leg Presses, and it's ESSENTIALLY working cardio at the same time, if you do them all straight after. But eh. I'll stick to tradition.

Strength training is over-rated. I was an avid bodybuilder for years and the end result was I made myself much more ungainly and less flexible. A year ago, I adjusted my workout to match something similar to the video that is posted and I feel and look ten times better.

the 45 degree lat pulldown looks like it does the job, this exercise looks great. I was just wondering too, what does your interval training consist of? cos im doin a kind 4 days of high intensity, and i use the other 3 to work other areas. no! First of all you don't practice every day, cuz your body needs a recreation break of about 24 hours.
The counting is like: 30 push ups + 30 shoulder press+ 30 whatever etc. untill youn reach 300 reps total
you could also do 300 push ups, but this wouldn't be good for your body.
