This is an excellent review, very clear, relaxed, natural and informative. I have those resistance bands and I love them. Simplicity in design and as complex a workout as you want it to be. I really did not expect something as simple to be so damn useful.
You can get up to 100lb resistance bands so up to 300 lbs with triple handles. Picked up the Lifeline's TNT set a couple months ago at Academy sports for around $30 and it came with triple handles, door attachment, and three 40 lb bands.
if that snaps it will bust my eye out when it snaps back? Will this build muscle like free weights can

@LSULaw2009 and if 300 lbs isn't enough say for squats, etc. u can use two sets of handles!
