I would say 95% of my PB episodes have been from not chewing enough and eating too fast. I'm getting better at it but THANKS for the reminder. chew chew chew x infinity lol :-)
Looking good Wendy!! Isn't it great to go out with friends and be in control? I use those 1 cup containers as well - I am able to eat more like 1.5- 2cups at a time, so having those keeps me from letting me accommodate myself. It is all about discipline! Thanks for all the videos and comments this week!!

i made one. did you see it? i got all kinds of flack (ok, support) about my bite size. it's a tiny fork, i was on camera and it was lettuce. .turns into water. oh well. .. i tried to make a chewing video and screwed up with the bite being too big. the truth is that 70% of the time, my bites might be too big. maybe it was good video?!? it's all a work in progress. will you chew for us? i'll be waiting!

Hey Ms. Wendy, great video as always. went and bought the i cup containers. Also bought some chicken salad from Costco and divided them up and put them in the freezer and it was great. Just the right portion. Thanks for the tip.

I am on day 3 of my pre-op diet and its HARD, but I am determined and I am doing it...have not "cheated" and don't plan to! I cannot believe I am getting only as many calories in a day as I used to eat in ONE Meal.

I think that you have asked me that question a few times now.I have not plans to make another swimsuit video until summer 2010. i notice that you make many requests to peeps who dance or wear swimsuits. why? do you have a video to share of you in a swimsuit?are you a WLS patient? do you troll YT for sexy looking vids,ie: dancing or swimsuits? I just have to ask, cuz in the 8 + months that i have been making videos, you are the only person who made these types of request.

I am getting hungry just thinking about it. yum - o! i smile as i read that my videos are helping you and keeping you optimistic. that rocks! i'm heading out to the gym in a minute and i will be working on shaving off some more time,fun!LOL! have fun with your liquid diet. for me, day 1 was hard, day 2 was easier, day 5 was hard and day 6 i wanted to EAT. thankfully my bf guided me and i did not. take it ond day at a time.
i have a video on them and so do the following: seemego1250, 2thousand9, fredbear08, girlie720. you should check them out. then google soft stop lap band surgery and hard stop lap band surgery. you will see tons of info on these 2 happenings. a soft stop is the signal you must learn to recognize, it tells you too STOP eating. if you do not stop, then you hit the hard stop. a hard stop is PBing, foaming, sliming. . .you ate too much, did not chew well enough, the band is saying NO MORE!

Aww Wendy.. I was touched you mentioned me.. but you took me by surprise! Thank you. You are such an inspiration. You are definitely right about the chewing thing too. There are some foods I don't even like now because they just aren't so good chewed well (shrimp is definitely one of them for me) And wtg on the 5K! I need to get more consistent with my 5K training.
