You walk up the road away from town. Its a dirt road. not the one that goes to the highway. You probably can just ask the locals in town and they will tell you where it is. You have to bring a couple buck to get through private property though.
It makes me remember the lagoons of the garden of Cuenca , Ecuador "Sayausi" There is even resorts in there . Cajas , Cuenca is also a place of lagoons but they are freezing
