actually GM did do that, especially in their trucks, I was driving a 2008 Suburban in Cali that was severly underpowered, it was a 4x4 and it struggled to climb normal hills on surface streets, it screamed off the line and got 9 miles a gallon. The ford 4.6 V8 is quite powerful once the computer is changed, its actually not bad at all stock, plus, mustangs are the muscle car civic, wat cant u do to them?!?!?!
