I dont find it strange at all that you are staying in a hotel in your own town. Alot of the bigger cities, if you live in it, its harder to explore because your time is consumed by your normal life, on top of that, when you want to "vacation" you would never do it in your own town. As a matter of fact, my husband and I have always gone and gotten a nice hotel room to get away in if we cannot do so for our anniversary. Thanks for the video lorraine!

Seems okay. When we go to Treasure Island/Maderia Beach we stay in a condo for a week. They are 1700 square feet, three bedroom, on the ocean, living room, kitchen, etc. It seems to be the way to go in your area, unless we wanted to drop big bucks and stay at The Don.

Lido Beach Resort looks like a step down from the places you normally stay in..it's okay though if you're staying there for like a month I guess.
