  • I'm a model railroader and u use the blue insulator foam and yes it's a risk I take most Model railroaders do but, does a perfect job and makes clean finish just keep your layout or diorama away from heaters and don't leave anything hot around it or on it that can burn it like soldering iron! Safe and happy modeling!

  • Great video! It helped me out on some things! thanks!

  • I used a lighter too shape some styrofoam. Or you can use a small blow torch and wave the flame at the foam to create the land the way you want it too look. But becareful not to keep the flame in one spot for too long cause it will catch fire lol...This is kind of hard to explain but i've used the foam on the floor of a small dio and looks so real after it's been heated to form the shape you want and then paint it whatever colors you want.

  • @erifdlog I used that once when I used that thick dense blue insulation board, didnt say it in the vid because i didnt want anyone trying it then burning down there house lol

  • @328DLCR haha....yeah maybe I shouldn't of put that part in the comment. Be on my head if some kid with a lighter burns there parents house down. Oh well live and learn. TTYL. Great info by the way, like the how to vids.
