Basically all you really need is to put some newspaper down on the floor (since of course they're not smart enough to be housetrained), a water bowl, food dish - leash, of course.

Because adopting in the states is much more expensive because of the corruption in our system. Plus there are not that many american kids that need adopting out, most of the american kids that the state tries to adopt out are taken from loving middle class families who are fighting for them in the courts. The state does all this for profit, its a huge money making racket. Even these people adopting from foreign countries will have to pay thousands of dollars in fee's to do so.

Look, it's a lot easier (and cheaper) to just go down to your local pet store & buy one of those bug-eyed fish.
You get to have your exotic animal to show your friends - but without the expense of getting a Haitian apebaby - flea powder, travel costs to go visit them in prison (once they're old enough to rape & carjack etc) - not to mention the banana budget!

Basically all you really need is to put some newspaper down on the floor (since of course they're not smart enough to be housetrained), a water bowl, food dish - leash, of course.
