  • since Japanese are considered white men of the east they can be sued for being mean to a chinaman

  • All discrimination based on race is unlawful.

It doesn't matter how you distribute the colors.

    The law protects everyone.

  • by about 15 years. America is losing its freedom by laws such as this. Thanks for the great information, I love to learn keeps my mind looking for a better way. Liberty for all.

  • Thank you, cjvh.

  • Humm, could this man be a lawyer that doesn't want his big cash to go away because of affiliation with special interest group? Why can't just hire who is best suited? I'm not in 1964 it is 2009 I don't see anyone who is not allowed to eat in restaurants, made to ride in the back of the bus, or not allowed to use a restroom due to race, sex, or religion (oops i said a bad word) Your education of Affirmative Action is some of the best I've heard but the relavance of the law is past its usefulness

  • Aweeesome video. You're a smart fella. I envy your attitude.

  • Thanks, eversincealways! I very much appreciate your comment.

  • Good insights. Thanks.

  • Thanks, I'm waiting for the day where some clever troll adds an S to my username right before the H.

  • lol! Don't spread that idea around (no pun intended).

  • YES!!! I like how you said affirmative Action SUPPORTS MERIT! people seem to think minorities get by WITHOUT IT haha that would be nonsense! The KEY is ARTIFICIAL BARRIERS like you said! & as to the releasing of talented persons who were oppressed! I love the ending read to learn rather than to JUDGE!! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST VIDS I HAVE EVER SEEN ON YOUTUBE, GOING IN THE FAVORITES!! awesome job well done!! You clarified a lot in here I like the case law references too!!

  • Thanks very much Jwriter4. I really appreciate your comments and being placed in the favorites. I'm amazed at the misconceptions surrounding civil rights legislation and affirmative action. It is good law. Imperfect, yes, but good law none-the-less.

  • Yes likewise the intentions if you will are good thought!
