Josiah, there's no point in even listing all the good stuff in this video...because it would be EVERY SINGLE move...from start to finish!! But I will hit MY personal highlights: The booty popping ON the pole in knee mount How you do that without slipping out of the hold is a mystery to me! Then there was the airwalk in the bracket hold. The most awesome of the aerial tricks was the cast-off and flip and turn at 1:15 ! And of course, 2:52 --the daredevil combo on spinny with the reverse Iron X.
