This song has a whole lot more to do with the Smashing Pumpkins than just that one sample of Billy's voice. Some of the drums, guitar, etc, and also general structure / chord progressions and such -- for parts of it, you can actually sing "Tonight, Tonight" along with it. I don't mean that as a bad thing at all -- I think this is a really amazing, beautiful, and incredibly skillfully done homage :)
