Gosh, I might get killed for saying this out loud, but I like this clean tone on this thing as much or more than the Dumble amp's I've seen so far...Crazy. Mr Mark Sampson seems to just keep getting better and better at building amps!! :)

How well does the amp take pedals infront ? some amps work fine but once you add some pedals especially distortion or overdrive with delay , they sound really bad . oh and would you say this or the matchless ? thank you for your time .

I know what you mean about pedals in front....this amp takes pedals easily, infact I am hitting it with a Fulltone FD2 at around 1:00 then an Emma Ritz at 3:18. I would definately buy one of these over the Matchless Little monster as it breaks up at lower volumes and sounds nasty and tight, in a very good way. Thanks for watching!

What you are hearing is a Gibson studio Les paul (stock) though Analogman comp, Fulltone Fulldrive 2, Emma ReezaFRATzitz into the Star Nova. it works great! Thanks for posting.

Wich pedal do you use for overdrive on a clean channel ?
