What they does tend to fall more towards dancing and amazing Cheerleader's are teams that are within All Star, such as Top Gun (And the likes). Not saying that what they are doing is generally easy as it's not but it's much more simple than the routines that All Star Teams (Especially) do. Please read and don't stuff words into my mouth.
