  • @micey1105 Not every part of the cow makes for a good steak. They'll take certain leftover parts that get trimmed and grind it up. That's not to say that you couldn't make a ground beef with the tenderloin cut, but I would agree with you that that wouldn't be worth it in my book.

  • I ranch Wagyu in Montana. You should try our 45 day dry-aged, all-natural Montana Wagyu Beef. Once you taste our Montana Wagyu, then and only then will you know what you've been missing.

  • you should only age beef for 28 days. the taste just plateaus after that. just some food for thought (pun intended) but you can charge alot more when you say 45 day aged instead of saying 28 day aged

  • ya my steak house ages 28-35(end of life) days, but some people like that gamey bleu cheese tasting aged beef. i was at a steakhouse in chicago that does that.
