  • Great workout mix, again, as usual. Curious if you've ever participated in Tough Mudder? I've done a couple of them here in the in U.S., and they are great fun. Clearly, you have the conditioning for them.

  • low back is involved in both exercises...., that is more limiting than the legs

  • @ArielCorposao Low back is involved in everything. There's no escaping that one. Main thing is that you don't compromise it.

  • Maybe look into getting a tripod so your partner can spot you next time lol.

    I might just be paranoid but I like to practice purposely dumping the bar from a back and front squat position every now and then just as a reminder of what the escape plan is on these lifts.

  • @pipozZz In my short lifting "career" I have never had that happen before, so I guess being a little more paranoid would help me! I thought I'd manage 1 rep, because I did 2 earlier in the week ... guess not :(
