The house has a lot of character. Tokyo guest homes are slightly different.

i've stayed here before, and its pretty good, worth the price of 2000 yen a night...and i think they have free beers in the evenings too. cosy place.

wow lots of people in this guest house! pretty messy too, but that's alright. At least it feels rather cozy in all that mess haha
