@TheMolesworth It's a product that (in theory) reduces feedback when using the piezo pickup in the guitar. They are generally rubber, and obviously dampen the natural acoustic tone of the guitar, but this is fairly irrelevant when using the pickup (which is the only time you'd probably want to use one of these). Sometimes also called feedback Suppressors; great if you use an amplified electro-acoustic guitar live regularly.
