Remember many a night listening to and sing this song when I was a teen....and I am only 46. Infact, was waiting for my daughter to get out of school this afternoon, and had Sam's greatest hits in the CD player. Sam is truly one of my favorite musicians...love his music. Thank you.

This is one of SAM'S best. He's in a voice between YOU SEND ME and BRING IT ON HOME TO ME. I used to get real sad when I think about how things ended for SAM,but when you think about it,the greatest tragedy is to waste the talent that GOD granted every person. SAM COOKE lived ten life times in those short 33 years. How many of us ever achieve our dreams? Nowadays whenever I think about SAM,I smile and think job well done my brother!

We cant see it..But they do. I should have listened to mama. now shes gone...and I am all alone in this world...

One of the saddest, most beautiful songs I've ever heard. I use to play this some nights when I was deeply upset over something, and Sam's singing was always touching and helped me overcome whatever was on my mind. What a terrible tragedy that he left the world so young.

this song makes me wanna wail like a 3yr old lost at the mall..it is so very sad..when I think that Sam, then gone away and left me Dec 1964. My moms then gone away and left me Oct 23,08 and Michael Jackson then gone away and left me Jun 25 09..yes I am in a Sad Mood. I loved this song when I first heard it in the 60s of course Sam had then gone away by the time I did hear it. Sam died when I was only 8yrs old. I am 54 now and I wanna cry when I hear this song.
