  • Aww James, this is amazing!!! You haven't changed at all!! You are doing a great thing and making soo many kids happy!! I want to help any way that I can!!! I always knew you would make a big difference in the world!! Keep up the good work!! :D:D

  • 4th floor bear theatre :D

  • Hey DJ Skinnzy !

  • Fucking thumbed UP

  • # blown away

  • You are a truly inspiring young

man!Bless you and your musical prescriptions of love.

  • :,)

  • Cool…But will it blend?

  • how do I find out more about the guitars for good program??

  • Love this

  • Is this dubstep?

  • Also when I was admitted there the past spring for three months Dallas Green came and performed. He donated eight guitars to the hospital. It really is great. (: It was on Entertainment tonight canada or whatever it is called.

  • The exact room it was filmed in is Marnies lounge. I have spent a lot of time there. And a lot of time when i couldnt spend time there was because I was too sick to leave my room. This is moving and inspirational. If you ever in the future donate to sickkids, it truly is not wasted. And anyone in the area or even at your own hometown, donate your time and company to patients. I can tell you myself it means the world. ♥ And there are so few resources for music therapy in the hospital.

  • Omg i love him! Sweatest guy ever!

  • aww!

  • My heart just melted <3. what an AMAZING guy! Keep it up!

  • Great story. Make shorter videos. Great effort!

  • @RandomUploader13 Your just a tea pot.

  • great video. As a parent that has had several trips to Sick Kids (and another checkup this Monday) with my oldest son I can appreciate what James is dong for these kids.

Thank you James and thank you Tetley!

  • 21 people just don't get it.

"When I was a kid, my teacher gave the class an exercise asking us what we wanted to be when we grew up. I wrote down "Happy". My teacher said that I didn't understand the question. I told her she didn't understand life."

  • why is lmfao "sexy and i know it" in the suggested videos for this

i was having one of those inspirational piano moments from the movies,

    now...i just dont know.

  • yay good for him keep up the good work !

  • listen i know its bad in-all us girls comment on how he looks but on pretty much every video on youtube have guy's writing rude comments about girls looks , anyways this kind of talk is not right for this video. I am so happy they did this for sick-kids, always great too see a smile on someones face <3

  • GOOOOSSEEBUMPS! :D <3 Sooo beautiful :)

  • im like a 6.3 guy, and im totaly tearing haha

  • I don't even know this man, but I'm so proud to know that there are people like this in our world. It's amazing his love for these kids and that he can share the music with them. I'm glad I watched this. The happiness on his face when the speakers and iPods were rolled in was great to see.

  • Couldn't fight the tears! If my two little boys turn out half as good as this young man, I will have done my job. Good for you James - your mom must be so proud of you, and you should be very proud of yourself!

  • All the girls commenting on his looks.... Wow since when did people become so shallow.

  • not bad : )

  • must.. fight.. the tears..

  • Wow i totally agree with the last comment .... really girls is that all you can see is his looks .... thats NOT what he is trying to show here.... Seriously!~

WTG James Arthurs you are a amazing Person and We need more like you in the world.

  • wow! nice video.

  • aww he's so nice and cute :)

  • :Domg he's so hot ^____^ :O

  • you don't see many young people helping kids so its nice to see!

  • Marry me ahha?

  • a necessary prescription... wow... so beautiful!

  • Bravo. Keep up the good work, the world needs more people like you

  • @maggiesaysmeow defiantly a perfect combo u don't see much men like this helping the sick kids or doing anything nice for anyone if only their was more ppl like him the world be a better place for everyone

  • @maggiesaysmeow pervert haha

  • Fantastic stiry. Working with and seeing people, especially children is extremely difficult. Just naking their lives a little bir happier is amazing, thank you for your contribution. :)

  • I work in the UHN, in the hospital across the street from SickKids... In my work I have to go to the SickKids site and I've seen this gentleman with his guitar at the hospital... Not an actor.

  • Nice

  • the tetley tea stuff is actually really gooodd. i just tried their iced tea instead of my regular one and am for sure stickin to it!

  • “Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.”

  • People like him are so encouraging for everyone :)

  • There is no comment that will ever express how happy I am for those kids.

  • PEOPLE DISLIKED THIS? WTF!? How cruel can you be D:

  • @MistWhisker im assuming anyone who disliked probably think this is fake and thats an actor.

  • i just sat at my chair, with the biggest smile on my face.

  • a living angel this lad is keep up the good will.

  • What an amazing guy, if only we had more people like him in this world...

  • <3

  • wow this is amazing!

  • @rockanboi It's not about him. It's about the kids. Mind boggling isn't it? Not everyone in the world is just "me, me, me"!

  • Extremely hot and caring where are these guys ?

  • guy has a heart of gold

  • I want to be as dedicated as him to help children in need. He is inspirational. Thank you for this video Tentley, be the change that you want to be...

  • hahaha 1:21 "remember tetley tea" "were good people for doing this" :p hhaa good job

  • what about the other volenteers

  • Anything that anyone does to make these children's life more comfortable at this point in their life should be commended. Good Job to everyone who was connected to the endeavor.

  • He should show them dubstep

  • the top two comments go perfectly well together!

  • this had nothing to do with teatly :P but good comercial

  • I never knew anything about Guitars for Good and now I do.

    Misson accomplished. :)

  • This is so fucking sick.

  • Im crying. How sweet. This man seems to be an amazing person and its great he could be recognized and surprised in that way!

  • Let's get iPods and iPads and big cushy, comfy headphones to go along with them into the hospital rooms and waiting rooms for all patients -- children and adults. As a terminal cancer survivor, I assure you, it will make a huge! difference for the patients to be able to listen to great music and inspirational CDs and DVDs while they recover or wait for appointments.

  • GO TETLEY

  • meanwhile, in china where those ipods are made..

  • @b03y LOOL

  • Girls that are commenting how hot he is: ARE YOU SERIOUS? Is that really the only thing you're taking away from watching this video?

  • @KATEONLYKATEORLY naw it's just extra on the side enjoyment for them. what's wrong with that?

  • @KATEONLYKATEORLY

    It's guys, honey.

  • gooood job jamess

  • james is a premed. if he isn't i'm chipping my left testicle off.

  • people with negative responses... do you volunteer? just curious.

  • 13 people are heartless!

  • i want him <3

  • Who cares if Tetley puts their name on this? They are a company looking to promote their product, but why can't they promote something good at the same time? Would you rather they just didn't bother and the charitable thing didn't happen? I just wonder why we nitpick about that and miss the forest for the trees. I was a kid in a hospital for 8 months when I was 7. The days are long and boring. YOu don't go out to play. This is a good thing and I applaud it.

  • Have you tried their wildberry? Oh it goes purple like grape juice - and so yummy. I hope James's idea is just getting started. xoxo

  • we know who bob dylan aspired ;D

  • And this is why I love Canadian boys :)

  • Everyone benefits ESPECIALLY the kids!

Gave me a lump in my throat :)

  • What if the kid is deaf?

  • @B335430104 really... u cant think of anything positive to say

  • @h1ph0pjunk1e This how we make better things. we state the problems and try to overcome them.

  • @B335430104 If they can afford it, they wear hearing aids.

  • I thought this was a wonderful and inspiring story. I could give James a big hug and I bet the kids could too! And I do love Tetley tea, and isn't it fantastic that a "big corporation" is doing wonderful things along with the rest of us?

  • good for you <3 this is the most amazing thing ive seen in a while.,..extremely uplifting <3 I was a actually in sickkids for almost a year struggling with disorders and i know a program like this will do wonders for people....youre truly an amazing person james keep it up! if theres any way we can donate to this cause i would be mnore then willing|

  • I volunteered at Sick Kids for 9 years. This brought back beautiful memories. This commercial brings out awareness of Jame's beautiful soul, Sick Kids and Tetley. Thank you Tetley and James.

  • I agree with mokshaa... The Tetley product itself had nothing to do with helping sick kids. It is definitely just a way to promote their name by helping the Sick Kids Foundation. HOWEVER, it is an inspiring story if you take away the Tetley name and just say that Company X donated iPod docs to the Guitars for Good campaign. I personally was touched by James who thought of this and who gives his time to these kids. Thanks James for your passion and care. We know those kids appreciate it.

  • amazing work that you do James!! My son goes to Sickkids and he would love this. keep it up!!

  • ^_^ This guy has it right. Music is so powerful. The right kind of music can be so healing. I'm glad his project turned out so well.

  • Hey Telty Tea, Sick Kids help my mom and myself out a lot in my life. They safe my life they brought me to life I mean and I want to give back like you did. Or in a way you did. If only if there was some way to help. It will mean a lot to give back to Sick Kids. Because I've been trying to figure out a way to give back but its hard when your one person. If you or someone from Tetley Canada could help me I will be so happy.

  • Wow, *tear* That was a sweet, nice story :)

  • This is nice. :)

  • thumbs up if you thought it said side kicks volunteer, lmao.

  • Sick kids + the harmonica = tears.

  • @JESSECKA :P

  • <3

  • Good job Tetley, this is a worthy cause!

  • I'd be crying if I wasn't smiling so hard.

  • Please check this video out! Continue to read why...PLEASE VISIT OUR CHANNEL - Me&a friend have started vloging (this is just a start video) and i know its selfish to post a comment like this trying to get 'known' we need people to notice are channel as we're starting a foundation for cancer with the products of bracelet's and we need as much support as possible. Please to help this foundation get noticed and grow succesfuly like this comment for others to see..god bless

  • His hair freaks me out.

  • @ Apoc897 They did need to make it into an advertisement because of the warm rushing feeling you feel when you know someone in the evil world is doing some good to these kids. To spread the goodness and the kindness and inspire people to do some good, dumass. don't you ever TALK with your friends? you're sharing your experiences and bits of your life with people and advertising it! why not do it on a bigger scale? retard.

  • @Apoc897 You're more evil than the evil that you're describing LOL.

  • i only clicked on this because there was a hot man in the thumbnail

  • looks like Ryan Gosling imo..

  • @masseymustangs1 I was thinking that too!

  • omg fail i thought that was cody simpson...sorry just a true simpsonizer

  • I don't understand why people are so mad at Tetley. The way I see it, Tetley would have made a commercial for their product anyway so if they promote a charity at the same time there's really no harm. Tetley gets their commercial, sick kids get ipods and awareness is raised for a charity. This is a win-win-win situation in my opinion.

  • @RosieRoller91 This is nothing new. It's called classical conditioning - you make people feel good about something unrelated to your product, then show your product in conjunction with the first thing so people will eventually start connecting that warm, fuzzy feeling directly to your product. Look up B.F. Skinner for more history on this.

  • @mokkshaa I know I feel warm and fuzzy when I drink tea.

  • @RosieRoller91 If only the world were this simple...

  • He's hot but he's definitely an actor.

  • i'm sorry but, he sounds fake and scripted to me.

  • WOW! if only more men were like him

  • @Apoc897 They're evil by raising awareness of his cause and giving thousands of dollars worth of stuff to sick kids? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?

  • Comment removed

  • @Apoc897 I like you are taking whats good and somehow warping it into something bad, cant you just leave it alone and as is

  • Tetley: Hey this kid is working his ass off all at his own expense and I think MAYYBE we can turn it so that WE make money on it... Yeah lets do this

  • @alirizwan09 It seems like you should be the one getting a life after seeing you rage on a rather obvious joke.

  • Awesome commercial. If more companies responded to childrens needs like Tetley, sickness would be easier to deal with.

  • The guy's face looks like it belongs in a Disney movie.

  • good advertising

  • I Wonder Who Didn't Like This Video !!!

  • Im drinking tetley tea hehe

  • @Apoc897 as if this dude isn't reaping the benefits of being the Tetley Jesus now...

  • i was in icu in sick kids for weeks and i wasnt allowed to use my ipod or my phone

  • @WhatsTeam THAN** NOT "THEN" .. CMON KID.

  • Wow! James, you are doing a really really really great thing. It's easy for a corporation to donate some things, but what you are doing on a personal level one-to-one with these kids is really amazing and I think it really contributes to their healing. Extraordinarily thoughtful, very appreciated, and some best highlights on our humanity.

  • nice

  • hahahahahah the top comments are the only two things on my mind after watching this

  • Peace...

  • @Zadose18 What ever do you mean? Tetley tea is awesome! :O

  • this video made me realise i take many things for granted. i couldnt imagine being in a hospital like that and not having the things i use everyday such as something so simple like my ipod and docking station. great cause! music does really soothe the soul :)

  • The kid was playing terraria at 1:44 it looked like! xD

  • @daverobertson71 First of all, Terraria is not compatible with Mac. Second of all, it looked nothing, and I mean nothing like Terraria. And third of all, he was on something like Garage Band. -_-

  • I hate how people purposely make a**hole comments on such a sweet video, just for a few thumbs up...seriously? =|

  • My brother was at the hospital a lot, on and off, throughout his life, and music really does help. My stepdad used to come in with his guitar and play and it would completely change my brother's mood, it's very uplifting. Due to my experience I think this is a great cause.

  • Great video, great philosophy.

  • @Zadose18 HAHAHA

  • Good cause, terribly boring video.

  • Awesome

  • will these be put in the MRI sections? I always get bored in them...?

    lols.

  • great great social responsible ad campaign, the world needs more of this :)

  • I can't drink tea, if i do I throw up. Its funny that it only happens with tetley tea

  • 7 dislikes? Whats wrong with you heartless people?? I don't get you...

  • make my heart feel nice

  • @Zadose18 ahahahahahahah man.....you just made my day

  • aww great job guys :) thanks tetley

  • you are amazing, physically and mentally :)

  • I wish I could be like you :) And I hope this vedio somehow reach Ellen, who is more supportive to these kind of casues.

Good Luck man, you mad my day!!!

  • You're amazing and kind.

  • why would you dislike this video this man seems amazing and extremely sympathetic and generous . :) thank you mr arthur

  • this may be a sponsored trend, but goddamn is this touching.

  • well you're attractive...

  • Great program. Shame Tetley tea is so terrible that I'll never drink it no matter how charitable they are. I will be making a donation to The Toy and Game Fund though!

  • he seems so wonderful :) I admire people like him. makes me have hope in our generation.

  • Everyday hero? I think so.

  • This is wonderful. What is so touching about this is that James only started with an idea and a caring heart. It has evolved into something so beautiful that has, and will continue to bring joy, hope and self confidence to these remarkable children. I think it should serve as a reminder that we all have the power to do something good for this world. It's often the small things that mean the most and help to make someone's life a little brighter. Go James!!!

  • Congratulations James Arthurs & Tetley Canada. ♥

  • who the hell dislikes this video? i sometimes question humanity
