  • @Back2Dixie One good storm, in the south (especially the tornado belt) for anything, could mean the end. What was your point again?

  • Interesting. I like the recycling part. Dog houses with pointed roofs aren't the best designs though. Mud dobbers or wasps can build nests up in them very easily.

  • @Shadowsphinx what do you recommend? I want to build a doghouse for my Shepherd/Shetland mix, what type of foof do you think I should use?

  • @7from7ashes7 roof*

  • @7from7ashes7 Try a design with a roof that is flat, and slants a little. This will allow for rain run off. Most Police departments i believe use this design as it is most efficient way. Our dog house is like this and we have no problem with wasps or such. We also designed it so he could walk it and there is a divider in it where he can walk around to get out of the wind from the dog door opening. The roof also hangs over the door a good 2 feet. We have a porch he can lay on and be covered.

    GL!

  • I'd be pist if I was that dog who had to sleep in it.

  • @cylusxxx why? It's a shelter, dogs aren't so materialistic my friend. Give them a bottle to chew on, they are satisfied for hours. Again, what was your point?

  • @7from7ashes7 a pallet for the foundation? It's a dump, that's my point sparky.

  • lol this is one of the dumbest video ive seen on youtube

  • @CptKracker why, because it's smart, adventurous, and economically sound? In other words it makes sense. Yet again, what was your point?
