I dunno how yur feeling now, but if you are sick still, go to the viamin/health shop near you, preferably a health/organic/natural kinda shop, and get immune vitamins, and basically dbl up the dose, and I promise you will hit it so hard you will be feeling better before you get really sick, it helps a shit ton.

yeah, i've downed an entire box of Sudafed PE and i'm feeling slightly better....but thank you for the advice. I think a daily vitamin wont hurt.

Not a problem...

Yeah, stuff like sudafed and nyquil, etc. they just help the symptoms, I take those too, but the immune pills actually help you get better by fighting the virus or whatever you have, so the combo of both and you will be better in no time. Thats what I did before Chillitube last yr, saved my whole trip 4 days before I flew.
