To stop porn addiction, their partners should turn in them to law enforcement. A large percentage of porn involves abused and exploited children. They are perverts and criminals. You have a moral obligation to the children affected to turn over what you know, your ISP address, and hard drives. We may make a dent in the problem once partners stand up for the children exploited by these men (and women), and the criminals start paying real consequences for their "addiction."
