I remember watching him on a street race pass at the same corner every lap to come from the back of the field to win. He was awesome and I got great enjoyment watching him and then Montoya dominate for the Target Chip Ganassi team. I wish I could watch that race again but I cannot work out which one it was. When Alex crashed I stopped watching CART - it wasn't the same!

that cleveland race in '01 he totally should've won but he had a tire puncture and it was that race in his return year that he really looked like the old zanardi and when he had his crash i think it was a shock to all of our systems. im glad he didnt die and actually won a race in touring cars with prosthetic legs- hes a champ
