Well, i think the explaination is: our dvds and blu rays are rated in germany. In cinemas, movies are rated in austria. So this is how Charlie's Angels was rated 10 in theatres, and 16 on DVD/Blu-Ray. So if i was 10 i could watch it in cinemas but have to wait 6 years until i can legally buy it on DVD. I know this is stupid, but this is how the rating system works.
