It is a bit like a sanctuary or retreat here-

David's soothing voice washing over you- creating inner calm and peace.

But when I'm at work without my computer- I try to re-create the mood by singing the songs - and I have to say - I really need to stop. I've learned to make sure there's no one in close proximity- or the children are asleep- but it's just a gentle reminder of what awaits when I get back on line.

As they say-"There's no substitute for quality"

"Wow". Great! Didn't expect to hear this song sung in this fashion. Very different to the original which I like, but it actually Fits this Style! This could be a theme song for a Movie or film if you had it proffesionally recorded. I dont think you'd need any other instruments except maybe a Standup Bass.

I also do cover of popular songs with a friend at the piano and me singing. But my friend at the piano does not like Duran songs, finding them not appropriate for piano & voice work. I really enjoyed this and several others that I listened the same evening! My mother is also a singer so I have been around music all my life. I think you're very talented and have so much to offer!
