The singing was amazing for most of the performance. In the key change at the end, you were a little bit off, pitch wise, but I thought it was a great vocal performance overall. I can see you lifting up your hands to create more expression in the song, but you can't really see them on camera, so try and lift them up a little higher. Good job, Shane!

For 3/4ths of that song, very good vocal. Then it got a little rocky. This was much better here than over the phone because i can here more of the emotional struggle in your voice. But I know you were capable of showing even more, cuz I know you done it before( Dear Mr President). Overall, good job,

Hello Shane I listened back to the radio show performance and I would like to tell you that you had some problems with your pitch and your upper range but overrall i loved it. For This Version This was alot better then the radio show performance you worked on everything and I really really loved it great work and I wish you best of luck in this round of Contest Quadracer687 (Judge Laura)
Very good vocally Shane. It got a little tedious and sleepy because of the key and soothing sound of your voice. You also stumbled into the bridge; could have been a lot more solid there. I'd fix that going into later rounds. It might make the difference between staying and being sent home.

Up to that point your pitch was really good and your vocal quality was great. Main issue was lacking passion in the song. It's an extremely emotional song, so you needed to up the emotional connection. Considering how much of a stretch this was you did a good job.
