Jailbreak - Buying a Mac is a good option if you want to be completely controlled by Apple, Inc and you want to stumble blindly across the internet like an idiot and click on everything you see. Sure go ahead, but before you do, make sure you have over $1,000 in your budget(which will buy you a Mac with the power of a $400 PC).
Kodiakfred - good advice, sort of....Mbam is good, but will not remove even close to everything. Plus it is targeted more by malware creators than any other scanner out there. Most of these newer attacks have code in them to prevent mbam from running. Then what? We fix those every day.
You have 2 choices - Find a real professional like us to remove all of viruses, spyware and malware at once, and get you protected for future infections. Or go with Karpaneen's advice and re-install your OS, lose everything, or backup everything (if you can, including the viruses) then transfer it all back on, wasting countless hours of time and you'll probably transfer malicious software back on anyway + you still won't be protected.

Apple computers have potential threats of their own kid. Why do all the major Anti-virus companies have scanners for mac? (besides that they are the ones who write most viruses and malware)
