Great to see this interview, but please chose a better location next time. I'm arab so I tried to listen to the interview normally, but with all the noise and side chatter I ended up using the english subtitles!
Great and balanced interview!!! I'm not a Latif fan personally...or like Viper...but it's refreshing to hear the thoughts of someone who is climbing the E-sport competitive ladder and making a name for himself based on him purely liking a game and wanting to see a community get bigger and better when he could easily just abandon this natural talent that he has to pursue his studies. Sure...sponsorship means more responsibility...but I have a level of respect for this guy after seeing this.
Great interview! i hope they keep ssf4 ae balance and maybe add 2 more characters?! Anyway, I hope all communities from all over the world will grow and compete in as many tournaments as possible. Fighting games are growing
Latif is right about NA players being too sensitive. Even if you see someone trying to do something the right way, but missing a key fundamental, they won't listen to you no matter how friendly you are, because in their head, they were doing the right thing. A lot of people aren't willing to try and see that they may be the problem and that there might be a solution, but instead, see the other player as the problem. "oh my god nerf this and nerf that! that's cheap!" etc

Is this the main reason why Latif has not been online? Being in saudi arabia and doing study's?
