@wofferrocks I think you have to be an adult and spend a lot of time around little kids to get the humor, (i.e. a parent or something like that) I never watched Animaniacs as a kid but I would have found this stupid as well as a kid. This little boy is just like the little boy next door and my neices and nepphews.
That kid reminds me of Michelle from American Pie. First of all, he has red hair, secondly, everything he says starts with "This one time......", and third, he just spews useless stories that no one would really care about
